What is your booking, cancellation, late, and satisfaction policy?

What services are not offered?

We do not provide the following services: keratins (hair botox), relaxers, perms, men's barber cut including beard mainentence, braids, k-tip installations, bridal hair, and makeup services. 

Are children allowed in the salon and do you provide children haircuts?

It is at the discretion of the stylist and if a child is able to quietly sit for a service then we welcome them! We share space with the spa section ( massages, facials, lashes )  therefore noise noise must be kept at a certain octave. 

 

 We have the right to refuse a service if a child is not cooperating during a service or causing a disruption to the overall studio and existing clients.

We love to see your children but out of respect for other clients who come to relax, we cannot have children running around, screaming, etc... as it is a liability as we have chemicals and sharp tools at hand. 

What is the best way to make an appointment?

There are a few options; the best way is to book online as you are able to see what aligns best with your schedule. 

You can DM your preferred  stylist on their Instagram account.

You can also text our salon number which is likely to get a quicker response than a phone call.

 

We receive many daily spam calls, if you wish to get a call back, leave us a voice or text message for us to call you back. If you don't, we will unfortunately assume its a spam call!
